Claudia Delport
Claudia Delport thought that Margrit and her mother, Elizabeth Jacobs, were a little crazy when they started the Recycling program, but when the first container arrived from Switzerland, Claudia threw herself into cleaning and ironing everything before it was arranged in the shop. When the Crèche opened Claudia took the responsibility of leading it.
Elizabeth Jacobs
Elizabeth Jacobs, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Recycling process including the Point Shop, uses her home for the “Aftercare Playroom”. Despite her busy days, she has learnt the art of jewellery making and now teaches it to the children how to transform used Espresso capsules and beads into beautiful designs.
Margrit Schwendimann
Margrit Schwendimann's inspiration and dedication have helped to guide the Lucky Point team in their constant endeavours to provide the children of Botrivier with opportunities that they may previously never have felt were within their reach. Although a Swiss national, a great part of her heart lies in South Africa and particularly with its children and their positive reactions.
